01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of f5pjcb is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. f5pjcb operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately, all associated funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing offshore online betting platforms is not explicitly prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of f5pjcb is lawful in your location. f5pjcb makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under guardianship or those declared legally incapacitated are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one f5pjcb account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, and funds may be forfeited at f5pjcb's sole discretion.
• Self-Excluded Persons: If you have previously requested self-exclusion on f5pjcb or any affiliated platform, you are not eligible to register a new account during your exclusion period.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To register on f5pjcb, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

f5pjcb operates a mandatory KYC process. Before your first withdrawal is processed — and at any subsequent point that f5pjcb deems necessary — you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP, passport, or SIM)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, or BNI mobile banking account showing your name)

Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a withdrawal request will result in suspension of the withdrawal until documents are provided. Fraudulent or manipulated documents will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. f5pjcb will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify f5pjcb immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.4 Account Closure by Member

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting f5pjcb support. Before closure, all pending wagers will be settled according to standard rules and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

f5pjcb processes all transactions exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following payment channels are currently supported:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. f5pjcb will endeavor to maintain a minimum of five active payment channels at all times.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no standard maximum deposit, though f5pjcb reserves the right to apply daily limits on specific payment channels for operational or security reasons. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider — typically within two minutes for e-wallet transactions and within five minutes for bank transfers during standard banking hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed by f5pjcb within five to fifteen minutes of approval. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal will be approved:

• Your KYC documents have been verified and approved.
• Your withdrawal destination account matches the verified name on your f5pjcb account (third-party withdrawals are not permitted).
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds in your account have been satisfied.
• No ongoing investigation or dispute is attached to your account.

f5pjcb reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals above Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.

4.4 Transaction Fees

f5pjcb does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside f5pjcb's control and are your sole responsibility.

4.5 Failed or Reversed Transactions

If a deposit fails to credit to your account within 30 minutes of transfer, please contact f5pjcb support with your proof of transfer (bank receipt or e-wallet screenshot). f5pjcb will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within 24 hours. Chargebacks, reversed transactions, or attempts to reclaim funds already wagered through your payment provider will be treated as fraudulent activity and may result in account suspension.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

f5pjcb offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and referral incentives. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds credited to a Member's account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to any given bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• Bets placed using Bonus Funds count toward wagering requirements at the rate published per game category (slots typically count 100%; live casino games may count at a reduced rate of 10%–20%).
• f5pjcb reserves the right to exclude specific games or game categories from wagering requirement contribution at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

f5pjcb employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to clear wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, f5pjcb reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, suspend the affected account, and permanently ban the individual from future registration.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Any unclaimed or partially wagered Bonus Funds remaining at the expiry date of a promotion will be automatically removed from the Member's account without compensation. f5pjcb will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

06 Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules published in the f5pjcb sportsbook for each sport and market type. These include, but are not limited to, rules governing mix parlay (accumulator) bets, voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, live in-play wagering, and bet settlement in cases of match postponement, abandonment, or walkover. f5pjcb follows standard international sportsbook settlement conventions and reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to pricing errors.

6.2 Live Casino & Table Games

Live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo — are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. The rules of each game are governed by the studio provider's published game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. f5pjcb is not responsible for temporary interruptions in live studio feeds caused by the provider's technical infrastructure.

6.3 Togel

Results for all togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets — including Togel SGP, Togel HK, Togel SDY, and Togel Macau — are sourced from the official draw results published by the respective lottery operators. f5pjcb does not influence draw outcomes. Disputes regarding draw results must be submitted within 24 hours of the official result being published.

6.4 Slots & RNG Games

All slot and RNG-based games are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and compliance with published RTP (Return to Player) percentages. Certified RTP figures are available within each game's information panel. f5pjcb does not manipulate game outcomes and has no technical capacity to alter the RNG behavior of third-party game studios.

6.5 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the f5pjcb system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member except where a specific product (such as a cash-out feature on the sportsbook) explicitly permits partial or full bet cancellation.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on f5pjcb. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting), whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers without genuine human decision-making.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated betting designed to exploit market vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to launder money or use f5pjcb for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in the platform without reporting them to f5pjcb support promptly.
• Accessing f5pjcb using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any third party or allowing another person to use your account.
• Making threats, using abusive language, or harassing f5pjcb support staff or other members of the platform community.

08 Responsible Gaming

f5pjcb is committed to promoting safe, controlled, and responsible gambling behavior among all its members. We firmly believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and should never cause financial hardship or personal harm.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automated session duration alerts that notify you when you have been active for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which no wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from f5pjcb. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the f5pjcb platform — including but not limited to the f5pjcb brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of f5pjcb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the f5pjcb platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any f5pjcb content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any f5pjcb software.
• Use the f5pjcb brand name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark in any commercial context.
• Create derivative works based on f5pjcb's proprietary content.

10 Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f5pjcb's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your f5pjcb account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

f5pjcb expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• The conduct of third-party game studio providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit f5pjcb's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

f5pjcb collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on f5pjcb, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

f5pjcb will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data sharing with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies may occur where necessary for the proper operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

12 Amendments

f5pjcb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, f5pjcb will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, notify registered Members via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the f5pjcb platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which f5pjcb holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through f5pjcb's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration authority of that jurisdiction.

f5pjcb's internal complaints procedure requires that all disputes be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, supporting evidence, and the resolution sought. f5pjcb will acknowledge all written complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
